Experiential learning and discovery through guided practice and targeted exercises focused on bio-mechanics and optimal functional anatomy. Deepen your level of understanding of your own body and why it moves and acts the way it does. Learn how to identify and improve areas of imbalance, weakness and tension to generate freer, stronger and more enjoyable movement in your practice and your life.
Workshop breakdown - 2 x yoga vinyasa flow with emphasis on 1- the shoulder girdle (upper body strength) and 2 - the pelvic girdle (hips, pelvis, hamstrings, lumbar spine) each followed by anatomical/movement assessment and bio-mechanical exercise sessions. You will then be guided back through your yoga flow to compare how the body and your movement potential will have changed.
