Introducing Charlotte Fowlow! and you asked for it...a DANCE class!!!

Charlotte is an experienced dance teacher and choreographer from St. John’s. In 2017, Charlotte developed a local adaptive dance program for children with disabilities. She has worked with various local community groups as a facilitator for the National Ballet School’s outreach program ‘Sharing Dance’ for the past two years. This summer, Charlotte worked with the Parkinson Society of NL, including at Pony Locale, as a summer student, assisting with all of their exercise programs and instructing their dance classes.

Charlotte has also completed Dance for PD® teacher training workshops with David Leventhal. She is interested in utilizing her passion for dance in implementing movement-based interventions for those dealing with mobility issues.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) in Dance from York University. She is currently working towards a Bachelor of Recreation (Therapeutic Recreation) with hopes of continuing on to complete a Masters of Occupational Therapy.

Charlotte's Fusion Dance class, Wednesdays at 7pm and Sundays at 1:30 is all about getting your body moving! You will explore a wide range of dance styles through fun and full-bodied sequences. They will get you moving, get your heart rate up, increase endurance and agility and help you let go, have fun and enjoy! This class is designed for the dancer in all of us - ALL levels welcome!
