Core Flow is a dynamic Pilates class. Emphasis is on core strength and control, upper and lower body stability and support, balance and function. You will be taller when you leave!
This is a class for anyone looking for or needing a more gentle approach. This is for you if you have pain, tension or discomfort and need to build strength. The core, upper and lower body will be strengthened and supported and at the same time you will have an opportunity to lengthen and ease trouble spots. Balance and function emphasized.
Classic Pilates Mat
A dynamic Pilates mat class based on Joseph Pilates Classic series. A challenging class with modifications for different levels and experience, this class will use the classical series in a safe and effective way to really lengthen and strengthen! Certain classical exercises will not be done for safety and contraindications, for example anything that loads the cervical spine in flexion (ie. roll over).
Foundation Pilates Flow
This is a combination of foundation Pilates mat work and the more dynamic Core Flow classes. It is an excellent class for anyone in transition from the basics into more challenging work. Emphasis is on core strength and control, upper and lower body stability and support, balance and function.
Stability Ball Core

These large sized pilates/exercise balls are infinitely versatile for full body and core specific strength development, balance and agility. You will gain confidence as you master challenging exercises on these balls, that will open the door to bigger, better and more enhanced body awareness and possibilities!
This circuit class will challenge strength, balance, coordination and endurance. Beginning with a warm up you will then be led through a series of stations or "circuits" using fun and challenging combinations of props, weights, balance equipment and more, for example, free weights, body weight, sled, heavy rope, rower. A cool down and stretch will end the class. As with all classes, our emphasis is on great form and appropriately matched movements for your strengths while still considering presence of injuries or imbalance. You will be invigorated and surprised at what you can do!!
Pilates for Runners
Add a boost to your running program with Pilates! This class will build your core strength, balance, breathing and posture to enhance your running practice and prevent injury. Stretch and strengthen your body in all the right places for smoother, more powerful movement. Taught by Adrian House, an avid and competitive runner, these classes will address common running complaints and injuries and help teach runners what support systems to strengthen and what to lengthen. Focus will be on core strength, breathing and posture; lengthening anterior and posterior fascial lines of the body (closed chest, forward head and shoulders and hamstrings!), reducing excessive curvatures of the spine by strengthening deep spine stabilizers as well as invaluable foot and ankle exercises.
